Birmingham, Alabama, MARKETING SPECIALIST: DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS – ( T221992 ) Description MARKETING SPECIALIST: DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS The Office of Marketing and Communication is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for diverse clients. Reporting to leadership and working under general supervision, this position involves managing projects across web, print, video, and traditional media platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, coordinating multi-channel marketing initiatives, and delivering high-quality communication solutions. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to develop and refine strategic marketing and communication plans Lead the strategic development, maintenance, and optimization of client websites Produce promotional materials and content for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns Act as the primary point of contact/account executive for assigned clients Advocate for effective communication strategies that align with client and institutional goals Annual Salary : $45,000- $47,665 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
