Day Shift Account Receivable Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enhance individual productivity and work quality within day shift hours.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor production and ensure timely delivery as per service level agreements during day hours.
- Offer expertise in Accounts Receivable processes specific to the US healthcare industry.
Handle client escalations effectively during daytime operations. - Receive mentorship, training, and coaching from the team within regular office hours.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards. - Provide performance reports to the team head as required, following the daytime schedule.
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures updated within the designated work hours.
- Collaborate with quality and business transformation teams to identify and implement process improvement projects while working the day shift.
Designation: AR Caller / Account Receivable Analyst / Freshers
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience or freshers in KPO industry, particularly in US healthcare, seeking day shift roles.
- Comfortable working from the office in Delhi during daytime hours.
- Willingness to become familiar with the USA medical insurance industry and claims processing cycle.
AR Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in data processing.
- Familiarity with demographics, AR processes, analysis, calling, compliance audit, and multispecialty procedures.
- Ability to understand accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, claims management, and denial coding for US healthcare patients.
- Flexible to learn and adapt to different work cultures across medical specialties within daytime hours.
- Capable of planning, organizing, and controlling revenue cycle operational processes during the day.
- Comfortable working under multi-specialty account team leadership within the day shift schedule.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and revenue cycle improvement during daytime operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduation / Any PG / Any Diploma
- Timings: Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Immediate Joining Preferred
- Experience: US healthcare / Physician Billing
- Salary Bracket: 15k – 25k per month
- Location: Delhi, India (Work From Office in day shift)
