- Salary Range: INR 1.8-2.16 LPA CTC
- Experience Range: 1-2 Years
- Working Days- Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing- 7 AM to 4 PM OR 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive Job
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels including social media, online research, cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of business opportunities in the Dehradun business development sector.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in Dehradun.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to current clients.

Required Qualifications for BDE Job profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development jobs in Dehradun, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience with International Call Centers is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and presentations.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn and Chrome extensions like Apollo.ai and SalesQL.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
