Hiring for Business Analyst for Mohali location. The candidate should be responsible for overall project analysis from initiation through implementation, including phases such as planning, formatting and analyzing.

Experience : 2.5 Years as Business Analyst.

The responsibilities included considerations some Service like timely delivery, quality control, internal as well as external reporting for multiple projects.

Business Analyst job Responsibilities

• Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project.
• Delegate tasks and associated responsibilities to the appropriate team.
• Daily coordination with Team leads to understand and identify their issues.
• Identify and analyze system requirements and define the project scope.
• Identify the causes of potential project delays and ensure timely corrective action so as to ensure meeting of project deadlines agreed with customers.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the right distribution of resource allocation for ongoing and new projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling projects in web design and development.
• Develop project plans, keep track of project milestones and deliverables.
• Good in creating progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Analyzing client’s project requirement and write use cases and user storie.
• Expertise in Visual Modeling i.e. work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes using various tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Produce requirements, Use cases & User Stories and provide appropriate levels of documentation to development staff.
• Requirement management, organization and prioritization
• Act as the lead user for the system, providing clarification and guidance to development staff and testing staff
• User Acceptance Testing, Defect monitoring
• Demonstrations to prospects
• Responding to RFIs/ RFPs
• Needs to work independently, plan, monitor and take tasks to closure
