About the Role
Are you a storytelling wizard who lives and breathes timelines, keyframes, and seamless transitions? Jobs Innovators is looking for a creative and efficient Freelance Video Editor in Delhi NCR to join our talent pool.
In this role, you will transform raw, unpolished footage into high-engaging, thumb-stopping visual content. From snappy Instagram Reels and YouTube videos to high-conversion digital ads, your work will directly impact our brand’s visual identity and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Editing: Review raw footage and assemble it into a seamless, polished final product tailored for YouTube, Instagram, and paid advertisements.
Pacing & Storytelling: Trim and arrange footage to ensure optimal pacing, logical flow, and maximum viewer retention.
Enhancements: Add creative transitions, sound effects, background music, basic motion graphics, and color grading to elevate production value.
Platform Optimization: Format and export videos according to specific platform requirements (e.g., 9:16 for Reels/Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube).
Delivery: Meet strict deadlines and deliver final files in high-quality MP4 or MOV formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
Software Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Proven Track Record: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your skills as a short-form video editor, reel editor, and long-form content creator.
Speed & Reliability: Ability to work under tight deadlines with a fast turnaround time without compromising on quality.
Attention to Detail: Good eye for framing, color, audio levels, and rhythmic continuity.
Equipment: Access to your own high-performance editing workstation and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
