We are hiring for a Co Working Sales Manager Job in Delhi. If you have experience in selling co-working spaces and are passionate about building client relationships, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for driving sales, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities of sales manager:
- Generate leads and convert them into clients using sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current members.
- Handle walk-ins and manage day passes and See entries.
- Support the onboarding process for new members, including paperwork and orientation.
- Answer IVR calls and address member queries effectively.
- Plan and execute community events and networking activities.
- Work closely with the operations and admin teams to resolve issues.
- Retain clients by providing excellent customer service and collecting feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and co-working industry updates.
- Negotiate with potential clients and close deals with the best terms.
