We are hiring for a Co Working Sales Manager Job in Delhi. If you have experience in selling co-working spaces and are passionate about building client relationships, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for driving sales, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities of sales manager:

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients using sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members.
  • Handle walk-ins and manage day passes and See entries.
  • Support the onboarding process for new members, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Answer IVR calls and address member queries effectively.
  • Plan and execute community events and networking activities.
  • Work closely with the operations and admin teams to resolve issues.
  • Retain clients by providing excellent customer service and collecting feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and co-working industry updates.
  • Negotiate with potential clients and close deals with the best terms.
