We are currently looking for an experienced Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process and support resident relations at our Wayland, Massachusetts location. Job Responsibilities:

As a Leasing & Marketing Professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all leasing activities, from leasing apartments to preparing lease agreements and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
  • Greeting prospective residents, assessing their needs, answering questions, and providing tours of the apartments and community amenities.
  • Processing applications and managing lease agreements and renewals.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, including providing leasing information, scheduling appointments, and managing maintenance requests.
  • Assisting with weekly, monthly, and special reports as directed by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
  • Managing financial transactions, including receiving deposits and rent payments, and recording them accurately.
  • Offering outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Leasing & Marketing Professional at Willow Bridge, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • A flexible work schedule, including weekends, is required.
  • Ability to tour the property with clients, including walking the grounds and climbing stairs.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required.
