Marketing Coordinator – UC Irvine

Your Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting UC Irvine’s marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include creating email content, planning communications, analyzing marketing data, and managing projects to drive brand awareness. You will work collaboratively with the team to execute strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
What It Takes to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of UC Irvine’s institutional products and services.
- Experience with Salesforce and design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Familiarity with UC Irvine’s campus, mission, and achievements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $28.07 – $33.12.

- Hybrid work environment with occasional onsite presence.
