EdTech Sales Specialist Job for Bangalore location
EduTech Sales Specialist job Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical demonstrations and actively participate in sales across all business sectors of the company.
- Engage with customers and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Provide support for Partner Relationships and assist partners with technical demonstrations and sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals and qualified leads, supplying necessary sales and marketing information and following up as required.
- Organize post-sales activities in schools and maintain comprehensive visibility into the sales pipeline at all stages.
- Conduct Technical Demonstrations and Orientation Programs for Decision-Makers, Teachers, Parents, and Partners, coordinating a timeline with the Technical and Sales Teams.
- Support the recruitment and deployment of Mentors in schools, establishing and agreeing on targets and timelines.
- Perform regular visits to institutions to nurture relationships with Principals and teachers.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on company’s deliverables to schools.
- Ensure the complete onboarding of schools by coordinating with the technical and sales teams, maintaining regular communication through phone, email, and site visits. Extend greetings on special occasions.
- Achieve in-depth product knowledge, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative ideas, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Visit institutions for mentoring, demonstrations, and engagement with school officials.
- Monitor Mentor MIS and maintain the quality of mentoring in institutions.
- Participate in techno-commercial negotiations as needed.
- Travel to various cities for events, engagement, and training activities.
- Prepare presentations and manuals for Mentors and Students.
Requirements for EduTech Sales Specialist
- Proficiency in Robotics, IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java, and Arduino.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Atleast 1 to 2 years experience in EdTech sales
